Step 3: Receive Zoom codes, Google Classroom link and begin classes!

Terms & Conditions

  1. FULL Payment is due BEFORE the start of Group & One-on-One Tutoring.
  2. Payments after 1st month are due on/before the 11th day of every month thereafter.
  3. One-on-One Tutoring is a monthly package of a minimum of 4 sessions, therefore, absence without a minimum 2 hours notice forfeits your payment.
  4. In the event that the Tutor will be absent, notification will be made in advance and there will be a makeup class.
  5. Late Attendance: 15 minutes grace period. No acceptance into Group session after since it will disrupt other students (unless previously communicated). Online Session will end for One-on-One students. (*In person tutoring- at the discretion of tutor)
  6. No Attendance: Please indicate at least 2 hours before.
  7. There are NO makeup classes or refunds when the student is unable to attend sessions after the 11th unless documentation is provided.
  8. Cancellation: If your child is not continuing for the next month, please indicate via email, phone call or WhatsApp.
  9. Student must have: a) Reliable Internet connection & Device ( b) Email address (c)1 or 2 Subject notebook & Stationery (d) Distraction-free room.
  10. By registering, you are agreeing to the above terms.
